Mechanical Crimp Height Micrometer is  a specifically designed instrument to measure electrical terminal crimped heights on solderless, open and close barrel terminals. The anvil (thin blade) supports the top of the crimp while a spindle (point section) contacts the bottom radial surfaces providing an accurate height measurement.
